Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by Silky NYC. We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel any appointment at our discretion.

Certain services may require a deposit. Deposits, cancellation policies, and any applicable fees are disclosed at the time of booking and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Unless otherwise stated at booking, deposits are non-refundable.

You agree to arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Where the Site allows for the creation of an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
